FY25 Professional Membership Stipend

Select this stipend form when requesting reimbursement of professional membership fees/dues. This stipend reimburses $325.00 to the employee for eligible Professional Memberships.

Stipend Payment Form-Non Federal Extracurricular Activities (as listed in the CBA)

Select this form when submitting extracurricular activity stipend payment requests. All extracurricular activity stipends available for payment are listed in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and are included in the FY25 Stipend Handbook.
