    OKCPS Operates under the "School District Budget Act" Section 5: 150- 190 of Title 70 and on September 14, 2020, the Board of Education approved approve General, Building and Sinking Fund Levies to be assessed by the Oklahoma County Assessor for FY 2021, as required by the State Department of Education.

    The FY 2023 Budget defined the fiscal need of the District to assess a levy for the General, Building and Sinking Funds to cover operating expenditures and principal and interest payments related to the sale of bonds.
