Teachers change lives in classrooms across Oklahoma every day. But teaching is no easy task – especially in Oklahoma where we have weathered dramatic budget cuts in education.

On Thursday, November 9th, Oklahoma City Public Schools will open our classrooms to elected officials, business and community leaders to give them a glimpse of the many challenges that our teachers and administrators face every day.

We hope this experience will follow these leaders back to the Capitol, back to their offices, and back to their board rooms as they weigh tough decisions in 2017 which will directly impact the teachers and students of Oklahoma City.
