The Oklahoma City Public School District has a team of 10 Instructional Leadership Directors (ILDs) who supervise and provide support to school principals throughout the district. Each ILD is assigned to a specific group of schools, and ensures that the district’s mission and goals are being achieved with the help of the  OKCPS Curriculum Department.
