Prizes

  • Quarter Drawing Details:  Two students, with perfect attendance for the quarter, from each of our 11 High Schools will be drawn. Winners will receive a $100 gift card!

    Grand Prize Drawing Details: Any student with perfect attendance from any High Schools for the entire school year will be entered to win the Grand Prize. A $500 Grand Prize will be awarded to one student at the end of the school year. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • + Must be enrolled in either e3 or traditional learning options at one of the OKCPS High Schools for the entire 2020-2021 School year.

    + Must be enrolled on or before the first day of each nine-week period

    + Must be enrolled until the last day of the 2020-2021 school year

    “Perfect Attendance” within a nine weeks period is defined as: No absences counted for each of the 9 weeks being tracked when the student is scheduled to be in attendance with the exception of documented school business or school-related activities.  See attendance Guidelines below.

    Each high school will be responsible for verifying the names of students who qualify for perfect attendance at the end of each nine weeks using Infinite Campus. This list of students will qualify for their school’s drawings at the end of the 9 weeks.

    At the end of the school year, only those students who had perfect attendance all 4 quarters of the school year, will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

  • Campaign Start Date: September 14, 2020  

    Campaign End Date: May 25, 2021

    Quarters:  

    • 1st: August 31 - November 2
    • 2nd: November 3 - December 18
    • 3rd: January 4 - March 12
    • 4th: March 22 - May 25

Perfect Attendance

  •  E3 Attendance Guidelines: A student may be counted present for the week if:

    • Student has been logged in to Edgenuity to work on and submit an assignment, participate in a task, watch an assigned video, participate in class discussion or any other educational activities assigned by the teachers or assigned from the program.
    • Student has responded to an email, call or text message from a teacher.
    • Student is caught up on work for the week and is progressing through the curriculum assigned.
    • The parent or student has contacted the teacher, attendance office, other designated school personnel to report a technical issue that is keeping the student from accessing the Content Management System assigned to the student.

     

    Remote Learning Attendance Guidelines: A student may be counted present for the week if at least one of the following is true on 4/5 days:

    • Student has been on Canvas to submit an assignment, participate in a task, watch an assigned video, participate in class discussion or any other educational activities assigned by the teachers.
    • Student has participated in face-to-face remote instruction.
    • Student has responded to an email, call or text message from a teacher.
    • Student is caught up on work for the day.
    • The parent or student has contacted the teacher, attendance office, other designated school personnel to report a technical issue that is keeping the student from accessing the Canvas.
