OKCPS provides on-site interpretation services (American Sign Language-English) for interactions between the district and stakeholders, including parents, staff, and applicants. These may include parent-teacher conferences, IEP meetings, or school events. To request interpretation services, please use the form on the right. Please give as much notice as possible when requesting services (1-2 weeks preferred). Requests within 48 hours should be directly communicated to Jake Alexander (contact information below). Requests must be made by a current OKCPS employee, logged into their employee Google account. If you are not an employee, and need services, please reach out to the appropriate school or department and have them complete this form. 

Note: This form is not for student interpreting needs.
