Courier Services

General Rule: If the students are not in school session, the Courier service will not run. You will need to take the deposits to the bank. All funds are to be deposited and dropped in the site safe daily. Couriers are NOT to pick up the deposit bag unless it is documented on the log.

• Safe Deposit and Pick-Up Log
• Ask your site courier for more bags
• Deposit slip - email treasury@okcps.org
• Receipt Books - email activityfunds@okcps.org 

How to:

1. The white deposit slip will go in the bag with funds (cash, checks, and coins).
2. Information to complete on the front of the safe bag:

• • From: Site Name
  • To: BancFirst
  • Date: Date of the drop
  • Prepared By: Your Name
  • DO NOT put the amount on the outside of the bag!
