Command Center

  • We are the life line between Principals or site Administrators of nearly 100 sites and the various departments under Facilities’ responsibility.

    • Relay status information from all facilities departments back to site administrators and principals regarding when their repair was completed or if it is on hold.
    • Generate all planned maintenance work orders to departments to try to prevent Issues before they arise and extend the life of district equipment and resources.

    Urgent issues include anything where students, staff or sites may be in violation of safety codes or in danger of closing.

    A few examples of urgent maintenance issues include but are not limited to: flooding, pipes bursting, power outages, gas leaks, or exterior doors not locking.

    We track approximately 1500 work requests per week from various sites across the district. Work orders are created and assigned for all facilities issues from large projects like moving annexes to more routine repairs like fixing a leaky water fountain. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to all sites and departments.
