    Want to Receive TEXT alerts from OKCPS?

    UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION!

    1. Contact your child's school to verify your contact information is correct
    2. Update your contact information with your child's school if necessary

    If you are still not receiving calls and texts, you may need to manually "opt in" to receive calls and texts. Please see instructions on the right.

    UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

    1. Visit the Staff Tools page, click on the Frontline button that says "self service"
    2. Use these instructions on "How to Submit a Form via Frontline"
    3. Follow instructions and submit "Change of Address/Phone Number" form. 

    Contact information is updated through Human Resources, via your Frontline account. Once a staff member submits the "Change of Address/Phone Number" form, HRIS updates information in SAP. Blackboard pulls contact information data from SAP once every 24 hours.

Opting In to Receive Messages

  • Opt In to Texts:

    Text "Subscribe OKCPS" to 231-77 to opt in to text messages. 

     

    Opt In to Calls:

    Call 855-502-7867 and follow the prompts (press 2 to opt in).
