Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Oklahoma City Public Schools’ BYOD allows students and staff to use their own technology during the day to enhance the learning experience. Currently IT Services, along with other stakeholders, are engaged in building a powerful Wi-Fi network, developing/modifying explicit acceptable use policies, and communicating those policies clearly to students, parents and teachers. These steps are critical for BYOD to be truly successful.
