Final Survey Results - Released November 16
OKCPS continues our commitment to transparency for the Pathway To Greatness (P2G) project by releasing the final results of the first online survey which was completed by more than 2,600 OKCPS families, students, staff and community members. An additional 400 stakeholders completed the survey after it was extended to November 12th.
This information follows the first release of a series of raw criteria data which were collected based on the requirements outlined in the Facilities Master Planning Policy (Policy D-12), as well as a series of five Community Meetings. Nearly 800 stakeholders participated in the community meetings and were given details on the process the District will follow for P2G. Participants were also invited to ask questions or provide comments and/or input.
“We deeply value the input we’ve received so far from more than 2,600 members of our OKCPS community who took the survey, as well as the input we gathered during the first round of in-person Community Meetings which were hosted across the District in early November,” said OKCPS Superintendent Dr. Sean McDaniel. “We look forward to collecting additional input and hosting another round of Community Meetings in January 2019. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to continue to provide feedback by leaving questions, comments or suggestions on our website. In order for our District’s reinvention to be successful, we need to continue to hear your voice.”
