Facility Rental Information

  • Oklahoma City Public Schools is pleased to provide use of its facilities.

    OKCPS is pleased to provide an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. This system allows reservation requests to be submitted easily and handled more efficiently. Renters can access photos and see real-time availability, and get estimated quotes.

    While the district's school building grounds are maintained for the purpose of educating students within the district, the Board of Education recognizes that the buildings and grounds are a valuable resource and believes that this resource should be available for specific uses that will not interfere with educational activities. OKCPS District activities have priority use for all facilities. All users must follow all regulations contained in the Board Regulation D-09-R.

    Secondary
    GYM $250 an hour
    Auditorium $250 an hour
    Cafeteria $200 an hour

    Elementary
    GYM $150 an hour
    Auditorium $150 an hour
    Cafeteria $100 an hour

  • Step 1: Create an account.

    In the top right corner of the Community Use website, click “log in to request facility use.” Everyone who wants to use a school facility must create an account. If your account is approved, you will receive an email stating that you are now able to submit online facility requests. Click the link in that email to start the scheduling process.

    Step 2: Submit a facility schedule request.

    When the calendar is loaded, click “log in to request facility use” in the top right corner. Enter your email address and the password you created when setting up your account. Select the “request facility use” tab and follow the scheduling prompts. Before saving your schedule request, you must check availability to ensure that the areas of the school you are requesting are available. If an area of the building you requested is not available, you will need to select another date for your activity.

    General Liability Insurance

    If you need insurance, you can purchase one-time event liability insurance. Proof of insurance is required for every event. We know that some organizations may need one event insurance coverage. Organizations may obtain a quote from OneBeacon Entertainment without obligation to buy by doing the following:

    1. Visit the TULIP website
    2. Under TULIP - Event Insurance click Purchase or Quote
    3. Enter Facility ID Code: 4878-000
    4. Complete the first three steps of the form to obtain a quote
    5. If you are ready to purchase just complete the form and pay with a credit card
