All contractual agreements between the District and any Vendor must be reviewed by Legal Services.
All district contracts are electronically approved. Please contact your department’s administrative assistant for guidance.
If a district contract crosses fiscal years, then it must be mutually ratified on or shortly after July 1st. If the original contract was approved by the OKCPS Board, then the mutual ratification must also be approved by the Board. If the original contract was approved by department leadership, then the ratification can be approved by the same person. Please use the accompanying form to complete the mutual ratification process.
