I am having problems with my SMART Board. What do I do?

Please make sure you have installed the most recent version of the SMART Learning Suite on your local device. This is available for download on the OKCPS Symantec Software Portal. The shortcut is located on your laptop's desktop.

Our SMART Board 2018 course in Hoonuit (requires login) contains a number of resources in the SMART Board Updates and Troubleshooting section. There are also hundreds of video resources on YouTube!

If, after exhausting these resources, you are still having issues, please contact Client Services at 587-HELP (4357)
