    Freedom City Schools - Programming for students in the Thelma Parks/FD Moon area. Freedom City is offering FREE summer programs! Activities in areas of MATH, READING, STEM, WRITING, DANCE, ART, MUSIC & MORE. Families can register at https://www.freedomcityokc.com/

    Boys and Girls Club - Programming from 8:00am - 6:00pm at various locations throughout OKCPS.  Membership is open to all children and youth ages 6-18.  All Boys & Girls Club programs foster a sense of belonging, competence, usefulness and influence among young people. Programming helps young people develop self-confidence and self-esteem.     OU Code Workshop - FREE University of Oklahoma workshop for high school students interested in coding. August 2nd - 6th. The workshop exposes students to STEM fields by using REAL data to answer REAL questions. Additionally, students also have the opportunity to converse and ask questions to professionals and those that are working on their degrees. Register at codeworkshop.oucreate.com

    Science Museum of Oklahoma - NOW FULL! Make this Summer a Blockbuster Event! Spend Summer Camp with Sherlock Holmes and The Worst-Case Scenario: An Ultimate Survival Experience. That's right! This summer Early Explorers (pre-K and kindergarten), Explorers (grades 1-3) and Innovators (grades 4-6) can spend up to nine weeks with the educators at Science Museum Oklahoma exploring the awesome power of science! Summer Camp will include interactive experiences with our blockbuster exhibits Sherlock Holmes - The Exhibition and The Worst Case Scenario: An Ultimate Survival Experience!     iCode - Computer Science Camps for Kids and Teens - Experience game design, robotics, drones, virtual reality, engineering, 3D printing, and entrepreneurship in our leading computer science camps.     ArtSpace at Untitled - Free one week camp for OKCPS high school students from August 2nd - August 6th.  During this week of programming, students will work with local artists and learn the ins and outs of being an artist in OKC. Programming will be from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Email rlgrant@okcps.org if interested.

    Bring Back the Music - Performing Arts Education Program where students can play instruments and learn about music production. Classes will be conducted at Bring Back The Music Performing Arts Education Center, located at 3550 North Spencer Rd. Classes will be conducted starting June 15th until June 26th, Monday through Thursdays.     OKC Summer Camp - This website lists summer opportunities in the areas of Arts, Sports, Academics and Specialty Camps that are provided by various organizations across Oklahoma City. More information at https://oklahomacitysummercamps.com/

    Experience Architecture - This program is open to Oklahoma High School students who will be entering their freshman, sophomore, junior or senior year during the 2021- 2022 school year. This program is FREE but computer and internet access is needed. Some supplies may be needed as well. Registration is required at https://aiacoc.org/experience-architecture/

    OCCC - College for Kids - College for Kids will run from June 1st (Tuesday) through July 23rd, excluding the week of July 5th.  This summer, you will select either the Block A or Block B option each week.  These changes to the format reflect safety measures we’ve put in place due to Covid concerns. Community Sports & Athletics

  • YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City - Youth Sports program and Esports welcomes players of all skill sets, age 4 to 15. Participants learn how to play the game with teamwork, energy and sportsmanship, from caring volunteer coaches. For more details visit https://ymcaokc.org/youth-sports/

    First Tee - Summer session runs from June 14th - July 31st. FirstTee started as a way to bring an affordable junior golf program to youth and communities that did not have them. What First Tee soon discovered was that blending the rules of the game with life and leadership skills, kids and teens didn’t just learn how to putt – they were learning important values.     The Oklahoma City Police Athletic League (OKC PAL) - is an organization in partnership with the Oklahoma City Police Department, to serve students and schools in Oklahoma City. Through an established partnership with the Oklahoma City Public School System (OKCPS), the majority of our programs happen at our local schools for students in 5th and 6th grade.     First Serve - Teaching students’ teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, self-motivation, and gratitude. Tennis, life skills, nutrition, literacy, STEM, and ACT prep courses offered daily. Healthy snacks and meals provided.
