I want to buy technology for my classroom, where do I start?

What do I need to know before I write a Donor's Choose grant for technology?
The following mobile devices are incompatible with the OKCPS wireless network and OKCPS-IT is unable to support them:
- Android devices
- Kindle tablets
OKCPS-IT recommends the following mobile devices: Chromebooks or iPads (32GB or greater)
