The district is considering making changes to the school calendar.

1. Two weeks off during fall break and spring break with shorter summer break
2. One week off during fall break and spring break with a longer summer break

Please respond to the statement below using the scale: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.

1. The current two week fall and spring breaks interfere with the scheduling and my participation in extra-curricular activities such as: Athletics, Dance, Drama, Music, Band, Orchestra, Career Technology Program (MetroTech), After school job, After school program or activity.
