    Officer Whitehorn has served Star Spencer HS and its community for 7 years.  He has twelve years of experience in law enforcement.  If you ever need assistance or advice, you can find him roaming the halls of Star Spencer checking in on all of his students.  Star Spencer is safer with Officer Whitehorn around, and he will always bring a smile to your face when you see him!
