Wheeler Cell Phone Procedure

Wheeler Middle School recommends student do not bring cell phones to school.   Lost, stolen or damaged cell phones are not the responsibility of OKCPS or Wheeler.

Expectation:  Students have phones off/silent and put it teacher designated phone holder.

Level 1 consequence:  If student chooses not to follow expectation and keeps the phone and it is seen or heard by the teacher, the teacher will hold it until end of the class period

Level 2 consequence: If a student refuses to turn in the phone, an admin will keep the phone in the office for the remainder of the day. 

All phones will be returned at the end of the day.
