Activity & Date Family Spooky Reading Night 11-28-2022
Parents will be invited to participate virtually and receive ideas on how to use reading resources that will be sent home to use with their child.

- By June 2023, ELPA Progress for all English Learners will be on track at 20% in 2021 to 27% in 2023 as measured by WIDA.
- By May 2023, Adelaide Lee Elementary will increase each student’s reading scale score by 15 points as measured monthly by district approved screener.

Parents received tips on improving student reading. Teachers and staff modeled how to read to a child and how to ask questions about the story that they’ve been read to.
Parents received information about our Title I plan and RSA. The Latino Agency provided tips for
parents about mental health services. The Metropolitan Library offered reading tips to our parents as well information about Capitol Hill Library. Providence Reality was there to provide home buying information to parents.
