Resetting your password
Your school can provide your username. You can also visit Campus Student or Campus Parent (Web Portal or Mobile App) and click “Forgot your password/username" and you will receive an email. If you do not have a security email set for your Campus Parent account, you will not receive an email with reset information. You will need to call or complete the form as listed above.
When you reset your password, you will be directed to be certain you have a security email attached to your account. To check or change:
- From the home screen, select Settings on the right of the screen.
- Select Account Settings
- From Account Settings, you can add or update the Account Security Email and Password
