    The forms included on this page should be only used by current CSAS@NE students or those that have been approved to attend Classen School of Advanced Studies High School at Northeast for the 2020-21 school year.  If you are currently an 8th grade student at Classen Middle School, a 9th-11th grade student at Classen SAS@NE High School or, have received a letter indicating that you have been accepted for the 2020-21 school year, please complete the appropriate course request form below.
       
      PLEASE NOTE:  This is NOT an enrollment form.  All students will be required to complete enrollment forms at a later date.  All students must be logged in using your school email address to complete this form.
       
      Icon 8th to 9th Grade Course Request
    This form is for any current 8th grade student that will attend CSAS@NE as a Freshman for the 2020-21 school year.
       
      Icon 9th to 10 Grade Course Request
    This form is for any current Freshman that will attend CSAS@NE as a Sophomore for the 2020-21 school year.
       
     
    VPA or Other Major Forms IB Major Only Forms
