Paula Lewis, OKCPS' longest-serving Board Chair recognized in Board Reception
On Monday, family, friends, OKCPS cabinet,staff members, former Board members and the community gathered this week to celebrate outgoing Board Chair Paula Lewis and thank her for her years of service to Oklahoma City Public Schools.
The evening was filled with stories, laughter and heartfelt appreciation as guests celebrated Lewis and the impact she has made on students, families and Team OKCPS.
One of the evening’s most meaningful moments came when Lewis placed her own plaque on Legacy Hall, joining the names of the Board chairs who served before her.
It was a fitting way to celebrate a remarkable chapter of service and the legacy Paula leaves with OKCPS.
