Title IX Policy and Regulation
The District complies with the Civil Rights Laws, including but not limited to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. It is the express policy of the board of education to encourage student victims of sexual harassment to come forward with such claims.
Students who feel that administrators, supervisors, support personnel, teachers, or other students are subjecting them to sexual harassment are encouraged to report these conditions, or have their parents report these conditions, to the Title IX Coordinators. Any employee to whom such a report was made will provide notice of the report to the Title IX coordinator.

Title IX Complaint Process
To submit formal complaint about sex discrimination including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking, contact the Title IX Coordinators in person, file a TIPS report, email a responsible party to register a Title IX concern, complete the online reporting form, or submission of a paper form (En Español).

The district provides a variety of training and development opportunities for all staff, including those who respond to allegations of Title IX sexual harassment. In accordance with federal law, the district has designated the materials linked below as essential training materials for Title IX staff.
