GED Release for 16- and 17-Year Olds
The former student's assigned school may provide this documentation. If the teen never attended the high school assigned to the residence or if the high school is not open during the summer or school breaks, Student Services will provide the documentation.
Students need to bring:
-- Birth certificate or other form of age verification
-- Two proofs of address such as photo ID, rental contract, mortgage proof, utility bills (not cell phone or cable
-- Parent or guardian with photo ID
-- Proof of withdrawal from the last school attended if school is outside OKCPS district

GED Verification
The Oklahoma State Department of Education maintains all GED Records. To obtain proof of GED completion, order online at www.diplomasender.com or call the Lifelong Learning Section wat (855) 313-5799.

Homeschool My Students
A letter establishing your plan to home school your child should be submitted to the child's school and to Student Services at studentservices@okcps.org

Reading Proficiency for Driver Permit
Available at your child’s current school OR call 587-1448 to schedule a replacement 8th-grade reading test.
Secondary schools are staffed through the summer; however, if no one is available to provide the documentation, contact Student Services @ 587-0438.
