Project Update:               

With this project the district will have a high speed, 45 pages per min, printer, copier, scanner, and fax at each site. The sites will be able to print required information from the student records system.  Phase 2 of the project is to make all district forms available to print from the Multi Function Printers (MFP), to enable district wide printing to replace district wide faxing and enable MAS printing to devices.

   The schools are responsible for purchase of the paper, toner, and staples for the Lexmark MFP's.  The units have a 3 year onsite warranty, this warranty goes through October 2005.  The District will address maintenance of these units before this warranty expires.
