[1st Color Guard of the 2007-2008 at a football game]
There is a colorguard commander
that must lead the entire colorguard. The commander is responsible for
the organization, and the dates that a color guard must be done.
The commander must have a lot of patience with the schedule of the other
members. the colorguard commander is the leader among the other leaders.
You must be at least a Let Level 2, to be a color guard
member. The leader is faced with many dilemma's, yet like a true leader
with great cadets, the mission is accomplished.
