Welcome to ESL Social Studies This year my classes will be broken down into 3 separate sections as follows: 6^th Grade Geography 7^th Grade Civics 8^th Grade American History As ESL students, we will work to gain a better understanding of the vocabulary and basic skills of Geography, Civics, and American History. Grading Policy You earn grades, I do not give them. Grades will be earned based on points. Assignments will be worth a set number of points. A total accumulation of points will be assessed at the end of each semester and the grades will be averaged from there. The percentage of total points earned will be the numerical grade and awarded a letter grade in the following manner. 90-100% = A 80-90% = B 70-80% = C 60-70% = D Below 60% = F 2003 Titan Football Schedule!!!!
