WORLD HISTORY

Our mission is to develop a student’s ability to relate to other cultures outside the United States.  We want to provide students with knowledge about different races, religions, and cultures.  We want to see the contributions of our global community.

The topics introduced in World History will be presented in a variety of ways.  We will use lecture, discussion, films, group activities, and research.  Students are required to take and keep notes, maps, and all handouts in a class folder.  The grade will be based on daily work, homework, research questions, quiz scores, test scores, and class participation.
