F.D. Moon Cardinals Going to the Hornets

Oklahoma City – High achieving students at F.D Moon Academy at 1901 N.E. 13th will soon be courtside cheering on the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets thanks to a donation from the Hornets Radio Network. Hornets host Russ Eisenstein will present F.D. Moon students with 300 tickets to Hornets home games during an assembly at the school at 10:30 on Thursday, November 10 at 10:30 a.m.

“If there was a name to it, I would like it to be called Eisenstein’s Einsteins. I think it is important to give back to the community and being here in Oklahoma City is an incredible opportunity for me and the Hornets,” Eisenstein said. “I hope this will make a difference and encourage the students at F.D. Moon to work harder at achieving their goals.”

The basketball tickets will be handed out throughout the season to students who do well in achievement and academics.

Media is encouraged to attend the ticket presentation Thursday morning. Students will be available for interviews.
