New Member Takes Oath for OKCPS
Board of Education
Three Board members took the oath of office at the April
18, 2005 regularly scheduled meeting of the Oklahoma
City Public Schools Board of Education meeting.

Cliff Hudson, Chairman of the Board, Al
Basey, District 1 Board Member and Gail Vines, newly
elected as District 2 Board Member all took the oath of
office. |
Vines, 50, is the co-owner and partner of Flip’s Wine
Bar and Trattoria. She replaces Jennifer Puckett as
District 2 Board Member after Puckett chose not to run
for re-election.
Puckett was recognized by the Board tonight for her
eight years of service to Oklahoma City Public Schools.
