The mission of Rogers Middle School is to inspire in students a desire to achieve success through a pursuit of knowledge and a continual focus on academic, social, and personal life skills.

Rogers Middle School Creed
I am an intelligent student with serious goals. I have the right to fail, but do not have the right to take my teachers and classmates with me. However, I was born a winner and do not intend to fail. While I have the opportunity, I shall not sit on the sidelines and wish later that I had become a literate learner. I will use each day to the fullest. I promise that each day shall be gained not lost, and used not thrown away. God made me the captain of one life, my own. If I discipline myself, others will not be forced to. My success and my education is a partnership, which no misfortune can depress, no crime can destroy, no enemy can alienate, no envy or names can hurt me. I can proudly stand up and exclaim. "This is my day to shine. I will take the challenge."
