DeWayne Vaughn '77 played at OU signed as a free agent with the New York Mets.  Played in the minors 1981-87, played for the Rangers in 87 and played in the Big Leagues for the Rangers in 1988.

 

Clay Smith 78   drafted out of high school in the 2nd round but 1st pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers.  Played 2-3 years in the minors.

 

Tommy Thompson 75  All State played at OU free agent to the pros after graduation.  He retired from the Chicago White Sox organization as their traveling catchers coach in 2003.

Darrel Palmer:   Coached the All State game, Sunbelt All Stars, and elected into the Oklahoma Coaches Hall of Fame in 2004.   Daily Oklahoma Coach of the year in 1975 and 1977. The Oklahoma Journal Coach of the year in 1977.
