Cross-Country is on the Run

Cross-country is a sport that encourages endurance and is a great athletic event that will change the course of a child's life. Star Spencer competes in cross-country to encourage students who normally would not participate an opportunity to be a part of the team. Cross-Country is not based on speed but on your ability to endure. The girls course is a two-mile run over "the country", the boys run a three-mile course.

Cross-country is also a great way to get physical conditioning, many of our athletes participates in other events, basketball, track, wrestling, etc. and uses this team sport to prepare for there major sport.
