1) Coaches ... Dr. Carpenter will be here after school (2:15p) on Thursday, May 8th, to give athletic physicals for the 08-09 school year.
OSSAA rules allows for physicals given
after May 1st to count for the following school year. This allows
for athletes, especially those in summer activities (i.e
cheerleading camp, summer weight training) and fall sports, to
get their physicals done and out of the way before they, and us,
leave for the summer. Please encourage your athletes to take
advantage of this opportunity. Cost will be $10 ... cash.
This date is 2 months away. We'll get
posters, flyers, announcements, etc. made as the date gets closer.
I'm letting you know now so you can plan to get your athletes to the
physical.
