REFRIGERATOR - We were successful in getting a refrigerator donated for the teachers' third floor lounge.  Now we need help picking it up and delivering it to Classen on Thursday evening after 5:00 pm in the Village.  Let me know if you can help - need pickup truck and dollie.  THANKS!!!!
 
JOHNNIE'S NIGHT - Thursday, August 24, is Classen Night at Johnnie's on Britton Road.  Say Classen" when you order and they will donate 10% to GAPP 08, our students going to Germany in 2008.

CARPOOL REQUESTS

I would like to pay a high school student to take my daughter to school 3 days a week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  I live at Pennsylvania and NW 63rd.  Please contact Gene Hopper at 826-6257.  
 
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM -   There is a group called SPARK Plus for high schoolers at the First Presbyterian Church, NW 25th and Western.  They pick up in a van and provide a snack; there til 6.  $40 a week.  Wonderful folks in charge in a safe entry-card controlled environment.  Call Julie Bunton SPARK Director or Angela Parks SPARK Plus at 525-0018. 
 
SPECIAL PTSA MEETING - Sept. 5th at 6:00pm in the Classen auditorium.  Dr. Maxfield will deliver the "State of the School" address and review school policies and procedures.
