Fletcher Vines, eleven-year-old brother of Classen sophomore Lloyd Vines and son of Gail and Paul Vines "won his courageous battle with life" and has left his earthly home to soar with the angels.  A celebration of Fletcher's life will be held Monday, May 15, 11:00 AM at Mayflower Congregational Church at 63rd and Portland.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Lloyd and his family.
 
May 11 is the Band Concert.  Beg., Adv. and Intermed. will play at 7:00.
 
The 8th Grade Bridging Ceremony is at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 12 in the Classen Auditorium.

PTSA GENERAL MEETING and MIDDLE SCHOOL VOCAL MUSIC CONCERT, TUESDAY, May 16, 6:30 - Refreshments will be served; officers will be elected for next year and a good time will be had by all.  The meeting is in conjunction with the spring middle school vocal music concert.  Don't miss either event!!!!!
