CLASSEN FAMILY HOUSE FIRE - I am sad to report that another of our Classen family , Amy Woolum's (Hunter - 9th grade and Aiden - 7th grade and Arden is at Nichols Hills Elementary)  house burned early Sunday morning and they lost almost everything.  If you would like to make a cash donation or a gift card to help the Woolums, please take it to the main office.  Thanks in advance for your help.

 

SENIOR NEWS - Jostens will be in the building during lunch on Tuesday December 12.  Final day for ordering announcements and cap/gown.  A deposit of $60.00 will be require to process orders.  Senior parents may view Senior News on the Classen web page for updated information.

 

The Christmas portion of the Messiah by George F. Handel will be presented by the Classen SAS High School Choirs, orchestra and guitar ensemble on Tuesday evening, December 12th, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Crown Heights Christian Church at 4020 N. Western.  Admission is free.

 

Middle School Vocal Music Concert will be Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 7 p.m.  Featured will be Native American dancer William Brown, Show choir routine on La Bamba, and lots of seasonal music from the four first cultures of Oklahoma:  Native American, Hispanic, African American and European American.

 

PARKING LOT!

Any students, parents OR faculty that have had problems (including being stuck in the mud, damage to their car, or not having a place to park) with the MUD PARKING LOT on the southwest corner of the school (intersection Douglas & 17th) please contact Lyla Moon.  There have been ongoing discussions involving fixing the parking lot, and now is the chance to actually begin improvements!  Contact me at: 206-5688 or lylylylyla@hotmail.com.  Please respond soon, so immediate action can be taken!
