Hello, Classen Families,
As a representative of Classen parents, I have
been involved in a planning process to make it the best school possible, and
we need your input. We are requesting participation from other groups
including students, teachers and community leaders, but I cannot imagine any
perspective being more important than yours, as you reflect the broadest
perspective. I need your response to the following question:
Think about the ideal school What would be
important for this school "system" to do to meet the needs of students and
all other school customers and stakeholders?
Think about this question and give me your
response. You may email me, call and talk to me (my home telephone is
751-3008), or jot down your thoughts and bring them to the PTSA meeting on
Tuesday, October 18. But PLEASE let me hear from you - this would be an
incomplete process without your perspective.
Also, we have a great group leading our PTSA
activities this year and would love to have you join us. Our Tuesday
meeting will be held in the Classen Auditorium at 6:00 p.m., and the brief
meeting will be followed by a showing of the art works of some of our high
school students.
A common denominator among the best schools is
parental involvement. Many factors affecting our children's education are
beyond our control, but not this.
