Class of 1994 Class Reunion

This letter will provide you with Reunion information for Capitol Hill High School Class of 1994. CHHS Class 1994 Reunion will be held August 20 thru 22, 2004.   Thanks to our many sponsors, you can put your mind at ease knowing that he reunion committee has made every effort to make this event feasible for everyone.  JB's Liquor Store, Family Auto Sales & Service, and Sunset Limousine Service is sponsoring Friday’s registration. BankOne is sponsoring our reunion bank account, and Bricktown Central Plaza has given us a discount on room rental and food.

On Friday, August 20, 2004 a registration/mixer will be held from 6 pm to9 pm at Bricktown Central Plaza Hotel & Convention Center located at 2001 E. Reno OKC, OK. Registration is required in order for you to pick up your t-shirts.  If you are unable to make it to the registration, please call Tenecka Holley at (405) 924-3330 or Laurene Wilson (405) 924-9023.  We also ask that you wear your shirts to Saturday's indoor picnic.  Friday's mixer will also be an opportunity for everyone to mingle and become reacquainted.  We will have food, music, and a poolside view.  And for those who are interested the hotel also has a country club.

On Saturday, August 21, 2004 , you and your family are in for a full day of excitement.  Your family fun will begin from 12pm-3pm at Bricktown Central Plaza Hotel & Convention Center located at 2001 E. Reno OKC, OK.  There will be balloon twisters, face painters, and moon walks for the children.  There will also be games for the adults, such as, Bingo and Domino tournaments, with Gift Certificate Giveaways (such as, FinishLine, Best Buy, Bath & Body Works, etc.) There will also be plenty of food (hamburgers, hotdogs, hotlinks, baked beans, coleslaw, punch, etc.)

Classmates are you exhausted yet??? Hope not, it ain’t over!!!!!!! That’s right, the fun is just beginning.  We need you guys to come back that night from 7pm-11pm.  There will be a formal dinner for adults.  We will have a DJ, a cash bar, a slide show, a presentation, a dance floor, and buffet.  We’ll be jammin’ to the music from 1990-1994. All you have to do is show up and look pretty.  I know sounds too good to be true.  We really want you to be there.  Some of our former teachers will be attending as well (the one’s that we really liked, ha-ha!!). Pictures will be available for purchase during or after the reunion.  You are also encouraged to bring you own cameras or camcorders.

On Sunday, for those who are interested, we will be attending  church from 11am-1pm. We will also be meeting for brunch afterwards; a location has yet to be determined.  church everyone is to meet at Golden Corral in Edmond.  We will discuss this further at the dinner Saturday night. Sunday's brunch in not included.

Dues must be received by Friday, June 18 or you may be subject to a $10 late registration fee.  If you need to cancel, you must do so by June 30, otherwise your dues will be considered a contribution to the reunion.  Donations are always welcome, as it will assist us with the planning and purchasing of necessary equipment and supplies for this reunion.  If you know of any businesses that may be willing to sponsor our event, please give us a call.  You will also receive a receipt.

Classmates, please remember we may not be where we would like to be, but we’re not where we used to be, and with each day we can make a change.  Let’s get into the spirit.   Classmates, this is such a small price to pay for a lifetime of memories.  Please come join us.  We would love to see you.
