The first stop for parents to enroll
their children is at their respective schools.
2005-2006 Enrollment Day is August 17, 2005 8:00-11:30
Notice:
There is a waiting list for Transfer Students at this
time. You may put your name on the waiting list,
but please enroll at your Home School until notified
otherwise. Thank you.
To ensure the enrollment process goes as smoothly as
possible, parents should be prepared with the following:
- Parents must show proof of residency: real
estate contract, certified rental/lease agreement or
two current utility bills.
- Parents will be asked for three emergency
telephone numbers at the time of enrollment.
- Proof of immunizations are required by state
law.
- Adults serving as guardians must show proof of
guardianship with a certified court document,
adoption papers, or transfer of guardianship through
DHS or Social Security. A photo I.D. is required for
both parties.
If parents do not have this necessary documentation
they will need to complete the enrollment process at the
Student Services Department located at 900 N. Klein Room
300.
Parents can complete this first step of the
enrollment process any business day of the year during
regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If
students are seeking to transfer to another school, that
also must be done at the Student Services office. Feel
free to contact Student Services at 587-0438.
Enrolling before the first day of classes will help
parents and students avoid long lines and will help
ensure that the education process begins on the first
day of classes. |
