ART CLUB

In Art Club,
we get to do all kinds of stuff like make self portraits, set stuff up (like
pinwheels for peace), and my personal favorite: Learn more about art! We are
doing the stuff we do to learn. And we love learning! We might put our
artwork in the hallway; it even might be in a contest! People signed up for
it, and Miss Nguyen picked some lucky kids to be in it! Our teacher is Miss
Nguyen. She helps us when we need help with something. Art club is LOTS of
fun! Who knows, if you’re in 3rd grade you might be able to be in
it next year!

making tubs for DHS Foster
Children
flower pots for Volunteers
and
canvases.
They participated in Art
Contests
and through a special grant
the Honor Choir and the Art Club were able to take a special Field trip to
the Western Heritage Center.
