The first stop for parents to enroll their children is at their
respective schools from early August thru May.
To ensure the enrollment process goes as smoothly as possible, parents
should be prepared with the following:
- Parents must show proof of residency: real estate contract,
certified rental/lease agreement or two current utility bills.
- Birth Certificate must be shown for early grades
if the student has not been in our district previously.
- Parents will be asked for three emergency telephone numbers at
the time of enrollment.
- Proof of immunizations as required by state law.
- Adults serving as guardians must show proof of guardianship with
a certified court document, adoption papers, or transfer of
guardianship through DHS or Social Security. A photo I.D. is
required.

enrollment that can also be found in the Student Parent Handbook.
If parents do not have this necessary documentation they will need to
complete the enrollment process at the Student Services Department
located at 900 N. Klein Room 300.
Parents can begin this first step of the enrollment process any
business day of the year during regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30
p.m. If students are seeking to transfer to another school, that also
must be done at the Student Services office. Feel free to contact
Student Services at 587-0438.
Enrolling before the first day of classes will help parents and students
avoid long lines and will help ensure that the education process begins
on the first day of classes.
