Enrollment transactions are the total number of enrollments processed, including enrollments due to school-to-school student mobility and suspensions. State law requires that students with out-of-school suspensions be withdrawn and re-enrolled when the suspension has concluded. (Note: enrollment transactions only account for the number of enrollments and not the number of withdrawals.) Average daily membership (ADM) represents the number of students enrolled on the average school day.
Average daily attendance (ADA) represents the number of students in attendance on the average school day.
Total number of students served is an unduplicated count of students enrolled in the district throughout the school year regardless of how many times they withdrew and enrolled. The OCPS average attendance rate for 2006-07 is 92.2%. (ADA / ADM).
