 | decreasing the percent of students scoring below satisfactory by 10% and making progress, or |
| exceeding the additional indicator performance target, or |
| demonstrating a 10% increase in the difference between the previous year’s math and/or reading/language arts API score(s), and the upper API limit of 1500 (New amendment allowed for 2003-2004). |
